Editorial standards.
Our promise is straightforward: show where the facts come from, make our own analysis clear, and be precise about what is not yet known.
Sources before certainty
We favour primary material such as match reports, club statements, competition data and direct interviews. Each article links the sources used so readers can follow the evidence for themselves.
Reporting, analysis and rumour
We distinguish confirmed information from interpretation. Tactical and match analysis is our reading of the evidence. Transfer claims are attributed to the original reporter or outlet and described with the uncertainty they actually carry.
No invented quotes or borrowed copy
We do not present generated language as a quotation, reproduce another publication’s reporting as our own, or treat a rumour as a confirmed move. We add context and a distinct point of view.
Corrections and updates
If a factual error is identified, we correct it and update the article where the change matters to readers. Significant updates should be noted in the story. Readers can use the contact details published by the journal when that channel is available.
